This beautiful complex consists of three villas: 2 villas with two bedrooms and 1 villa with three bedrooms, each one with its own private pool.
This villa is built at the lower level of the Vatia Villas Complex and features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and one with two single beds that can be joined as one king bed.
There is a balcony in each bedroom, a large shared bathroom with shower as well as an open plan kitchen and living room area with a sofa bed that turns into a double bed. The villa is surrounded by spacious verandas offering beautiful views of the garden and the pool as well as the surrounding olive groves.
Outside you will find a private swimming pool, a BBQ area and an underground garage. This villa also features a children's play area and can accommodate 6 people.
This villa is built at the upper level of the Vatia Villas Complex and features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and one with two single beds that can be joined as one king bed.

This villa is built seperately next to the two villas of Vatia Villas Complex and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, whereas it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The ground floor of the villa offers a spacious living room and open plan kitchen with views to the swimming pool. There is also one bedroom with queen bed and single armchair bed whereas this floor also features a bathroom with shower.
A few stairs lead to the top floor where two more bedrooms can be found. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and armchair bed, whereas the other room has two 2 single beds that can be joined into a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional shared bathroom with shower is also situated on this floor. A small kitchenette for the guests' convenience is offered, including mini fridge, kettle, glasses and a small sink.
The top floor rooms have their own balconies with sea and pool view.
A covered veranda offers various fitness equipment such as TRX, elliptical trainer, ball, mat, weights, resistance bands and jumping rope.
The villa is surrounded by spacious verandas offering beautiful views of the sea, the garden and the pool as well as the surrounding olive groves.
Outside you will find a private swimming pool with integrated hydromassage, BBQ area with TV, dining table, sink, mini fridge and a table with stools where you can enjoy your drinks. BBQ equipment is offered.
